Lincoln plans to produce luxury SUVs in China by late 2019, as it steps up its budge into the world’s largest auto market and aims to catch up with German and U.S. rivals.

Sales gains in the pickup, utility and luxury segments weren’t enough to save Ford from feeble retail and fleet spectacles on the car side as February sales fell four percent.
